Everlast 80 pound heavy bag
This is the heavy bag I use in my own training. It is a polycanvas bag that comes with a chain. I train on it with no gloves to help toughen up the hands, wrists and forearms. It’s also great for working on your kicks.
If you don’t have a place to hang it, consider the bag stand below…I used to have one of those when I had more space.
